Nonviolent communication a language of the heart. © 1998.
Description: Dr. Rosenberg conducts a workshop on how to use nonviolent communication. He questions why people who get joy from giving joy to others often end up saying such hurtful things. He calls this language that cuts us off from our nature "Jackel language". Respectful, human and compassionate language he calls "Giraffe language" because giraffes have the largest heart of any land animal.
